THE CITY LINE FOOD SHOW 2026

On April 7th, 2026, the annual City Line Annual Food Show successfully welcomed over a thousand guests through the doors of Aqua Turf in Plantsville, Connecticut.

Held annually for over 25 years, the City Line Food Show took place on Tuesday, April 7th. The event offered a variety of food and beverage offerings from vendors across the globe, introducing new products and highlighting profitability on existing product lines to City Line customers. Over 1,000 restaurateurs and F&B customers attended the main event from Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York. 

Over 140 vendors set up exhibits, filling the space with mouthwatering aromas, while DJ Stephanie Rifkin from Royal Beats added energy to the event. The show provided an opportunity for customers to taste product, meet suppliers, learn about new trends and immerse themselves in all things food and beverage.

In the City Line room, team members from the company’s West Haven office were set up with seafood displays, produce displays, an online ordering Q&A table and a live meat cutting area. The center of the room was one of the main attractions, with live sushi rolling from The Sushi Class.

“City Line is one of our great partnerships we have out there distributing our product,” said Nicole Russo, East Coast Sales Manager for Burnett Dairy. “We’ve been doing this show for years and it’s just fantastic.  The crowd that they bring and the energy that they bring is just incredible. I’m really excited to be here today and represent Burnett Dairy along with City Line.”

Jim Vecellio, of Farmers from Italy entertained customers with his charisma and deep knowledge of Italian pasta.

“This is our biggest show of the year,” said Jim. “We love meeting all the customers and bringing them through a little taste of Italy.”

At the conclusion of the show, City Line Foodservice arranged to donate all of the extra food to a soup kitchen in Waterbury.
